This silver Audi A4 had been parked outside and built up grime that dulled the finish and made the vehicle look tired. It also had an unpleasant surprise: mold in the fuel door/gas compartment.

We performed our Platinum Package in Alexandria, VA, using the same end-to-end process we use on high-end vehicles: deep cleaning, steam remediation, paint decontamination, correction, and longer-lasting protection—including a full engine bay steam clean + protectant.

What We Did (Platinum Package)

Exterior reset: foam bath + deep clean

We started with a proper bath to break down heavy grime and safely reset the exterior.

Clay bar treatment (decontamination)

We clayed the paint to remove embedded contamination so the surface felt smooth again and was ready for correction and protection.

Buffing / paint correction (targeted refinement)

We corrected the paint to restore clarity and bring back a cleaner, sharper reflection—especially important on silver, where “clean” is all about crispness and uniformity.

Sealant protection (Platinum upgrade)

Platinum includes an upgraded paint sealant (instead of wax used in lower packages) for longer-lasting protection and a finish that stays cleaner longer.

Interior steam clean + protection

We steam-cleaned interior surfaces to lift buildup and refresh the cabin, then protected surfaces to help keep the interior looking rich and maintained.

Engine bay steam clean + protectant

We steam-cleaned the engine bay, then applied protectant for a clean, conditioned finish.

Fuel door mold remediation (steam clean)

We steam cleaned and remediated the mold inside the gas compartment/fuel door area, carefully disinfecting and restoring the area so it was clean and sanitary again.

The Outcome

A revitalized Audi A4: cleaner paint, stronger gloss and clarity, a refreshed interior, a clean engine bay—and the fuel door area brought back to a clean, safe condition.
